Purchases and subscriptions

We can help with subscription status, restored purchases, credit balances, receipts, and purchase questions.

  • Restore purchases from the subscription screen in the app.
  • Refund requests are handled through the app store where the purchase was made.
  • Send your account email and a receipt screenshot if you need us to investigate.

Scans, photos, and videos

If a scan fails or a product result looks wrong, send us the context so we can check what happened.

  • Include the approximate time of the scan.
  • Tell us whether the media came from the camera or gallery.
  • Do not send sensitive personal documents.
